I visited one of their locations in the Brentwood area, so decided to visit the location in elk Grove and honestly speaking the service. Here was definitely a great impression versus the other. We walked in pretty close around the time that they had just opened, but they were already customers seated and eating their meals. But we were greeted right away and seated And our menus and some water, lemon, sliced water at that. And then we placed our orders. Our meals were served, hot and fresh the service that we received was good. It did not seem as though we were reading very long at any point of time. The same service that we received I noticed that every customer that walked in the door received the same type of service, which was great. and I could see why anyone would choose to enjoy their meal here. I would say it's a good spot to have a gathering with family or friends to catch a great bite to eat and some good conversation. The Decker is very subtle with a few accents here and there, some good options on their menu for lunch and dinner plates. And reasonable pricing at the same time. They are located in a well visited shopping center which I'm sure helps bring in additional business as well alongside there. Customer service.

Good food, good service, overall definitely would come back. Pho: noodle was cooked to a nice consistency, it was still firm at the end of the meal. The broth had good flavor and not too sweet, not too salty. The ribeye on the side had a charred flavor, which some may or may not like. If you don't like it too charred, let the server know. Each pho came with a generous amount of meat. Oxtail: we got one huge piece and a couple of tiny pieces. It didn't taste very fresh (old meat taste), but again, it came with a lot of other meats as well which made up for it. Rice plate: pork chop had really good flavor and good balance of fat and meat on it. Shrimp and egg roll were on point. The egg was a very plain, wasn't fried with too much oil, so its healthy. Usually pho places provide lime on the side. This place gave lemon along with the bean sprouts, basil, and jalapeños. I personally prefer lime, so I'll be asking for that next time. I hope it'll be just as good when I visit again soon

Went here last weekend. It was delicious. Oxtail pho with extra tendon. They really give you extra tendon. First time having oxtail in pho. It's kinda messy. Probably go without it. Tamarind wings weren't bad. Need spice and acidity. Didn't taste tamarind. Reminds me of pandas orange chicken. Spring rolls were yum. Would go again
